My client is a growing specialist civils subcontractor, specializing in complex RC Frame/Groundworks packages across London and the Southeast. They have a current turnover of almost 40m and work on projects to the value of 8m. They have grown year on year and have new structures in place to take them to the next level. About the Role:
As you develop in your role, you will help to promote a culture where safety, health, and environmental considerations are integrated into everyday processes. Reporting to the SH&E Director, you will be actively engaged with all levels of management, and at all stages of the construction process, from pre-construction through to completion of works. Your regular routine will include monitoring workplaces and investigating incidents, with a 'management' approach to problem-solving, as well as improving the SH&E management skills of our workforce. About the Requirements:
You must have a safety qualification (NEBOSH, Degree, or Diploma) and have at least 2 years of health & safety site experience, ideally with RC Frames but not essential. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be a strong communicator. You must be: Computer literate Excellent interpersonal skills Determined to succeed Willing to learn Able to work on your own initiative while also being able to work within a team Enthusiastic and energetic About the Benefits:
