£38,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance
Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional with consultancy experience or multi-sector experience? We have a fantastic opportunity for you working as a Health and Safety Consultant for a well-respected consultancy providing high-level professional advice and guidance to their wide-ranging clients. The role is home-based with travel to client sites across your region.
The Role
Attend various client sites and conduct Health & Safety risk assessments and audits. Provide bespoke Health and Safety documentation and management systems to our clients’ customers. Carry out and create specific client risk assessments. Create Health & Safety Management reports. Identify client requirements through surveying client premises and conduct safety audits. Advise, guide, and coach all personnel with the implementation of the Company Procedures. Ensure needs and expectations are met in accordance with their contracted services. Advise on all current occupational H&S and environmental legislation. Conduct audits and inspections of health & safety practices across the business. Provide client training as required to their service and use of their Health and Safety management system.
Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications Required: Experience in a consultancy or multi-sector environment. CertIOSH or willing to work towards it. Engaging Health and Safety Professional with excellent people skills and a can-do approach. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Adaptable team member.
