Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated a Health and Safety Consultant for a full-time hybrid role covering the Bristol, South Wales and North Gloucester region. This role demands candidates with a solid background in construction health and safety, preferably with Principal Designer experience. A clean driving licence and willingness to travel is essential. Key Responsibilities: Ensure health and safety compliance across diverse construction sites. Represent clients as the safety authority in meetings and, where needed, act as Principal Designer. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations. Develop and implement health and safety policies. Utilise excellent communication skills for report writing, phone, and in-person interactions. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years experience in a Health and Safety role Tech IOSH certified A solid construction background. NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety legislation, particularly CDM 2015. Strong IT skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel, including occasional night stays. Proven skills in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Accident Investigation, and Safety Training.
