Bennett and Game are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our clients team as a Health & Safety and CDM Advisor. Based in Port Talbot, this role offers a mix of office-based, home-working, and UK-wide travel opportunities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering CDM and Health & Safety advisory services across a diverse range of projects, ensuring compliance and best practices in all aspects of construction health and safety.

Act as Principal Designer Advisor, supporting project teams in meeting CDM 2015 requirements. Provide expert CDM advice and guidance to clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery. Prepare and deliver comprehensive CDM documentation. Participate in design team meetings and workshops, reviewing and advising on design strategies to meet health and safety standards. Conduct site health and safety inspections, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations. Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor in a construction environment with a deep understanding of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. Possess a relevant Health & Safety qualification, such as a NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent). Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workloads effectively. Exceptional communication and report-writing skills. A proactive and pragmatic approach to health and safety management. A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for business travel (expenses reimbursed).
