Based in City of London Are you looking to work for one of the UK's Fit Out Contractors? Interested in working with an organisation that has high standards and performance across health and safety? We're currently recruiting a Health and Safety Director to lead an operational team, working across a range of fit-out projects. This individual will manage a team and regularly visit sites, engaging with key stakeholders as required. Specifically, this organisation is looking for an individual who can ensure their cutting-edge health and safety program continues to deliver to the highest standard. Responsibilities: Leading the Health and Safety team to ensure the successful delivery of the strategy on site. Influencing, engaging, and coaching key internal and external stakeholders to drive change. Conducting major health and safety incident investigations to identify root causes and making recommendations to prevent reoccurrence. Constantly assessing opportunities for health and safety improvements and sharing best practices across the organisation. Minimum Requirements: Proven leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within residential construction. Experience in influencing, engaging, and coaching senior management and site-level operations. A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and ideally Chartership of IOSH.
