We are hiring for an experienced Health and Safety First Line Manager.
Key role responsibilities:
To assist the SHE Manager with all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment management on site. Responsible for assessing and advising the necessary training to secure long-term improvements in Health & Safety performance and ensuring effective implementation of all Health & Safety procedures and processes. Managing relationships with colleagues and others utilising First Choice behaviours. Promote excellent Health, Safety and Environmental practices. To work in a safe manner. Provide guidance on the completion of risk assessments, investigations and ensure their regular review, pass on feedback or highlighted issues to members of the site management team.
General Information:
Reporting into group SHE Manager and General Manager. 12-week temp to perm. Monday to Friday (Apply online only) - flexibility required. Health and Safety experience required.
Desirable Experience:
Experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable. NEBOSH.
