Key Responsibilities: You will be trained and empowered to: Advise and enforce company safety standards and procedures. Proactively identify risks and plan for opportunities. Facilitate risk reviews and assist in developing Safe Systems of Work. Conduct Health & Safety inspections and maintain accurate onsite documentation. Develop comprehensive H&S reports and engage the workforce on safety matters. Lead safety campaigns, stand-downs, and H&S expos. Trial innovative plant and equipment solutions to improve site standards. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive continuous safety improvements. Conduct internal and external audits (including ISO). Stay ahead with ongoing professional development in H&S best practices.
