Health and Safety Manager Bradford Manufacturing Hays Engineering and Manufacturing is partnering with a leading manufacturer based in Bradford. This company is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across their operations and are seeking a dedicated and highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to drive the organisation's safe working culture and environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations. Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices. Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions. Liaise with external bodies such as health and safety authorities and insurance companies. Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong communication and leadership skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. The right to work in the UK, sponsorship is not available for this role. What We Offer:
