Role Description: Huber is seeking a full-time

Health & Safety Manager

for a dynamic role across the UK. All project travel is done during working hours. Overnight stays can occur but are not the norm and will be paid by HUBER Parking. HUBER Parking cares about a healthy work-life balance and will take personal situations into account. Candidates looking for a permanent placement with HUBER must be willing to travel across the UK.

Your Responsibilities:

Carrying out Health & Safety Inspections on site and reporting to the Group Health & Safety Manager and Site Teams.

Ensure Site compliance with CDM, LOLER, PUWER Regulations, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, ISO45001, etc.

Following up on actions with the Site Teams.

Review sub-contractor RAMS.

Assisting Site Teams with solutions for site related H&S problems.

Monitoring of site’s H&S documentation.

Carrying out of accident reports and near-miss analysis with assistance from the Group Health & Safety Manager.

Assisting Health & Safety Manager in introducing new Health & Safety and Environmental initiatives.

Your Personal Profile:

Effective communication across all levels of expertise.

3+ years of relevant construction experience in a H&S role.

Knowledge in construction and relevant Health & Safety regulations including CDM Regulations, LOLER regulations, PUWER Regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and ISO45001.

Positive, self-assured, and reliable.

Productive, flexible, and eager to learn.

Willing to travel nationwide as required.

Full driving licence.
