A unique civil engineering & marine contractor in South Wales is seeking a dynamic HSEQ Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving the company's safety and quality standards, with the chance to make a real impact across a range of exciting projects. Reporting directly to the Compliance Director, the HSEQ Manager will be responsible for overseeing the established Integrated Management System (IMS) and delivering expert HSEQ guidance across the business. Key Responsibilities of the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager: Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Accurately track Health and Safety performance metrics, conduct thorough accident and incident investigations, and identify root causes to prevent recurrence. Lead Audits : Manage internal site and systems audits, and represent the company during external audits and inspections, ensuring compliance and driving improvements. Maintain and Enhance IMS : Implement and continuously improve the Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), ensuring compliance with industry standards. Experience in a similar HSEQ role within relevant sectors such as construction, civil engineering, or marine industries. Qualifications : NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent). Strong Communication Skills : Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. UK Driving License : Essential for site travel across various locations across South Wales.
