You ll report into the Head of Health and Safety and work closely with the rest of the team on site to implement innovative solutions, engage with staff on the shop floor, and drive meaningful change. Be a visible presence on the shop floor, connecting with staff, building trust, and encouraging a proactive approach to safety. Conduct thorough risk assessments, lead daily briefings, and collaborate with staff to review site performance. Help with installing a positive safety culture throughout the growing site.
