Conduct risk assessments, lead audits, and maintain compliance with ISO45001 and BRC standards. Be the visible face of health and safety on the shop floor, empowering teams to take ownership. Partner with leaders and staff to develop and execute strategies that support growth and sustainability goals. As a key member of the SLT you will run health and safety meetings and take the business on the safety journey.
