Location: England. Office is based in Haverhill and fortnightly attendance in office is required, with regular UK travel and occasional European trips.

Salary: Circa £50,000 + car allowance, annual bonus, and benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company specializing in the construction of cleanrooms and high-specification environments. The organization is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to take ownership of their Health & Safety frameworks, ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture across their innovative projects.

The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth. As the Health and Safety Manager, you will: Develop and implement Health & Safety policies tailored to construction projects. Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance and identify improvements. Oversee Construction Phase Plans (CPPs), risk assessments, and adherence to CDM 2015 regulations. Deliver training and toolbox talks to staff, contractors, and visitors. Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring preventative measures are in place. Key Requirements Essential: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years of Health & Safety experience in the construction industry. Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and ISO 45001 standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Desirable: Experience in cleanroom or high-tech construction environments (preferred). Additional certifications such as IOSH, First Aid, or Fire Safety. What's on Offer?
