Responsibilities for this Health and Safety Manager role:

Lead the full end to end process from development of health and safety initiatives to implementation and management. Conduct regular audits, assessments and inspections and ensure sites are adhering to regulatory compliance. Ensure that all teams throughout the business are following health and safety regulations. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and organisations. Continuously evaluate health and safety conditions throughout the wider business and keep up to date with industry changes. Key Requirements for this Health and Safety Manager role:

Proven experience working in a health and safety capacity in a complex environment, minimum 5 years with 2-3 years in a Senior Leadership position. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Masters/Postgraduate desired. Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations. Professional certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH (CMIOSH), or equivalent). Full Valid UK Driver’s Licence. Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement in health and safety performance. Package offered for this Health and Safety Manager role:

£60,000 - £65,000
