Health and Safety Manager required. Our client is a well-established and growing metal fabrication business based in the Thetford, Norfolk area. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Health and Safety professional to oversee the implementation and compliance of systems and processes. Position Overview
Carrying out internal audits on health and safety compliance Carrying out accident / incident investigation Supporting the management of ISO9001 quality standards Attending sites to oversee and manage the health and safety standards Assisting the implementation of health and safety systems and processes Providing ongoing training on health and safety requirements in the factory and onsite Seeking opportunities for continuous improvements to health and safety Position Requirements
Proven background within a Health & Safety Management / Leadership role Experience within a manufacturing environment Willingness to travel Understanding of ISO9001 quality standards IT proficient with Microsoft Office suite Based in a commutable distance of Thetford, Norfolk Position Remuneration
Salary £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Monday to Friday, full-time. Permanent position. 30 days holiday including bank holidays Pension and private medical
