Seeking a role that offers autonomy and variety daily, reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team for an established business?

Principal People are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager to join a family-run leading manufacturing organisation who are looking to invest in the safety department.

You will be reporting directly to the Operations Director, and you will have the opportunity to lead several divisions within the company as a key member of the leadership team you will be engaging with various stakeholders throughout the business.

You will be responsible for managing your diary and will have autonomy in the role to really put your stamp on the business and make the role your own, truly making a difference when it comes to safety.

The role will be based at their site in Northampton / Northamptonshire and will involve autonomous travel around 3 additional sites on a flexible basis.

The minimum requirements for this role are:
