This permanent site-based position will operate on a rotation bases. Sites are located in Scotland, but further travel across the UK will be occasionally required.

This exciting opportunity will be operationally focused, working collaboratively and collectively with the direct workforce, contractors and clients alike.

This hands-on position will advise and support on Health and Safety matters while assisting in the development and implementation of a Group Health and Safety strategy.

This newly created Site-based Health and Safety Manager position will be responsible for:

Provide Health and Safety guidance and advice. Work closely with senior leaders and the Head of Health and Safety to develop and implement the Health and Safety strategy. Implement continuous improvement initiatives Conduct Health and Safety audits and inspections. Undertake incident investigations and implement preventative measures to avoid repeating similar incidents. Drive a positive Health and Safety culture throughout the wider business. The ideal candidate will possess: Experience working in Renewables, Utilities, Electrical, Construction, Rail or similar. NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent as a minimum. Full UK Driving licence Remuneration and Benefits £55,000 - £65,000 Company car (electric options) Up to 10% discretionary bonus 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays 5% match pension scheme Support and funding for qualifications and memberships Plus more!
