Location: Based at Bridgend, CF35 5LJ OR Longcross, KT16 0EF Salary: Competitive + Benefits Package Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About Us: Facilities by ADF plc provides serviced vehicle hire for television and film productions in the UK and Europe, specialising in on-location support for dramas and major features. The company has big development plans due to continued growth and company acquisition. Health and Safety Manager - Main Responsibilities: Act as Company Health and Safety Representative, devising and implementing Health & Safety procedures, Risk Assessments, and policies. Act as main point of contact for guidance and support from retained Health and Safety Consultancy services. Work alongside H&S Consultancy firm to embed H&S principles across the company. Cascade policies and Risk assessments to H&S Champions/Managers to implement in their teams. Set up and chair H&S Committee meetings. Implement and Maintain H&S Management System including all Training Documentation, Document Templates etc. Regular audit of company H&S processes and procedures, advising of best practice amendments to the Senior Management Team. Identify and implement H&S synergies and best practices across the group. Manage the provision of Personal Protective Equipment and Uniform. Co-ordinate H&S training across the team. Regularly Review H&S Training providers for the most cost-effective solutions and present to SMT/COO for approval. Co-ordinate Fire Drill process and testing. Main point of contact for Alarm service in relation to company locations in Wales. Co-ordination of the property administration and maintenance including studio premises, ensuring all utilities, leases etc. Ensure property access and technology is active and fit for purpose, linking with IT Manager to address any issues. Health and Safety Manager - Essential Requirements: Health & Safety Certification, preferably NEBOSH. Strong management and influencing skills. Project Management experience. Experience of providing exceptional customer service to client group. IT literate. Excellent organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
