Due to this, they are looking for a keen Health & Safety Manager to join the team in the manufacturing facility to support the future successes of the business. In this role, you will be based in the factory in Telford, taking full ownership of the site's overall health & safety. Reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for policy development & implementation, risk assessments, incident investigation, working conditions, and all relevant reporting. The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH qualified and have relevant modular/manufacturing/construction experience. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading a small team.
