Health and Social Care Tutor Full Time - Permanent Contract Salary - 27k - 36k North East and Leeds Join an Outstanding Team as a Health and Social Care Tutor! Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver a comprehensive training programme that incorporates a robust Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and regular learner progress reviews. Maintain up-to-date learner records and provide timely reports to support management and audit requirements. Facilitate the delivery of functional skills qualifications as required by apprentices, offering meaningful feedback to support progression. Liaise with specialist functional skills tutors where appropriate. Provide learners with clear guidance for career progression, incorporating high-quality Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) throughout their learning journey and at its conclusion. Deliver teaching, learning, and assessments in line with apprenticeship programme standards, ensuring consistency, fairness, and high-quality outcomes. Achieve balanced KPIs in line with company expectations. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an adult care home. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) with a willingness to achieve Level 2 Functional Skills if required. Ability to deliver training up to Level 3 or Level 5 Leader in Adult Care. A Level 3/5 qualification in Health & Social Care. A recognised Assessor's Award (e.g., D32/D33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA). Experience delivering apprenticeships in Health & Social Care.
