Health and Social Care Assessor. The important bits. As our Health and Social Care Assessor, you'll be at the forefront of the learner journey delivering health and social care qualifications from level 2 up to level 5. You will manage a caseload of Apprentices and support them with their Health and Social Care apprenticeship qualifications. You will inspire and guide your learners, fostering an environment of continuous growth. You will arrange monthly assessment and training sessions with each learner, supporting, motivating, and encouraging them to achieve. You will have a clear set of targets and manage your own diary to ensure you achieve your goals. What makes a great candidate? You will need to have a passion for training and a knowledge of the apprenticeship framework. You will be a great problem solver, be professional, approachable, enthusiastic and confident. You will need to hold the relevant D32 / D33, A1, TAQA or equivalent qualification and ideally you possess your Health & Social Care NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. What can they do for you?
