We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's esteemed Healthcare Team as a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer, based in Cleveland. This hybrid role offers the ideal balance of flexibility and security, allowing you to work remotely while engaging face-to-face with learners during progress reviews and personalised tutoring sessions. Your Role as a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer: Inspire and Educate:

Deliver comprehensive training up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care. Manage and Mentor:

Oversee a minimum caseload of 45 learners, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to succeed. Flexibility:

Enjoy remote work with in-person learner engagement in the North East area. Key Responsibilities: Guidance:

Support learners in achieving their apprenticeships and qualifications, including Diplomas, Gateway, and successful End Point Assessments. Assessment:

Regularly assess work, provide constructive feedback, and keep the E-Portfolio system (Aptem) up to date. Support:

Identify and assist learners with additional needs using the neurodiversity platform Cognassist. Promotion and Monitoring:

Ensure the ongoing promotion and monitoring of safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, health and safety, wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications:

Teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent. Experience:

Occupational competence in the health and social care sector with qualifications up to Level 5. Delivery:

Proven experience in delivering apprenticeships. Skills:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high caseloads. Trainees:
