Pro Rata Salary: £21,312.20 - £28,232.40

If so, we want you to join our team as a Health & Social Care Lecturer. As a Health & Social Care lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the innovation, development, implementation, and organisation of designated courses and programmes within the HSC. Teaching across a range of programs, including BTEC Nationals, CACHE, T Levels in Health. Contributing to marketing and admissions events to attract top talent. Ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures and offering support in the management of resources. Creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking. Requirements:

A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students. Experience in delivering education to learners from various levels, including 16-18 and adult learners.
