Health and Social Care Teacher , you will play a pivotal role in fostering an understanding of healthcare and social care disciplines while inspiring students to pursue meaningful careers in the field. Key Responsibilities as a Health and Social Care Teacher:

Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners. Foster students' understanding of health and social care concepts, preparing them for further education and career opportunities. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing development of the health and social care curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking. Requirements for the Health and Social Care Teacher Role:

Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification (such as QTLS or PGCE). Specialisation in Health and Social Care or a related subject. A passion for empowering students and helping them achieve their aspirations in healthcare and social services. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
