As a Health and Wellbeing Advisor at Spire Bushey Hospital, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Health Screening Assessments, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and providing detailed healthcare reports to guide individuals in improving their health and lifestyle. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated individual to expand their practical knowledge in health and wellbeing, while making a tangible impact on people's lives. Essential Requirements: Educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/ nutrition Strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Superb attention to detail Ability to build rapport with customers Can work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team Ability to travel to Bushey Hospital on a weekly basis Key Responsibilities: Conduct Healthcare Assessments Explain clinical results and risk factors to our customers in an impactful yet sensitive way Offer an outstanding customer experience Give individual lifestyle advice appropriate to customer needs Manage and maintain equipment within the clinic to a high quality Help to ensure centre is compliant with regulations set by the CQC. For example, hygiene, confidentiality, customer service, health and safety Carry out clinical testing including body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, phlebotomy, electrocardiograms, blood pressure Admin support and report writing following service delivery About You: Organised and can time manage effectively Relationship builder Excellent written and verbal communicator Empathetic and can easily build rapport with individuals Our Benefits: 26 days of annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata) Excellent career progression opportunity.
