Your day-to-day duties will include… Providing a high standard of 1:1 personalised coaching to customers who have had a Bluecrest Health Assessment: these sessions will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams video calls. Using motivational interviewing to support and guide customers as well as supporting customers to achieve set goals and creating individual programs for each customer. Responding confidently to questions and queries regarding customers' assessment results. Ensuring your knowledge and understanding of the tests and results Bluecrest provides is always kept up to date. Ensuring that all customer interactions remain of the highest quality, engaging our customers to make them feel at ease and leaving them confident in our services. You will be knowledgeable, polite, and helpful during each interaction. Attending all training as required and keeping up to date with clinical and wellbeing skills and knowledge. Working with sensitive data, actively listening, and using a range of communication methods when providing information. Connecting into the webcam-based link to connect with the customer; ensuring you are available at the allocated time of appointment. During the quieter times, you will also find yourself assisting the results administration team with various tasks including… Liaising with both external suppliers and customers regarding their results. Handling critical and priority results. Organising the distribution of customer results. Checking customer reports for discrepancies and errors.
