Health and Wellbeing Professional - Female Car Drivers Only

We've been in the care business for a long while, with over 50 years’ experience of working in Leeds, Yorkshire, and the North East. We are rated GOOD by CQC across all our home care services, in all domains, which demonstrates our passion for delivering the highest quality care and support for people living in their own homes. Following a successful tender win with Leeds City Council, under the Community Health and Well-being Service (CHWS) contract, we are looking for dedicated, kind, compassionate care professionals who are passionate about supporting and caring for people so they can continue to live at home, promoting their independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion. Working as part of the dedicated CHWS care teams in West Leeds (Armley, Bramley, Wortley), you'll be supporting individuals with their personalised care plan, with a real focus on outcomes and identifying what matters to them! In addition to the day-to-day care and support needs of individuals, you'll have a good understanding of the local and accessible resources available so you can signpost services that can support health and wellbeing needs, encouraging building relationships with family, friends, and local community services. We'd look to you to take the lead in liaising with health professionals including District Nurses, GP, and Occupational Therapists. We really value our people, and our people are best placed to know what works well and how best to support our customers. Therefore, we want to ensure we give you the best training and support to do just that and genuinely make a difference to the people we support. We offer a fantastic benefits package, including: Competitive salary of £12.30 per hour - paid by shift from the start of your first call to the end of your last call in the shift. Paid Mileage at 40p a mile. Consistent and stable hours with a rolling shift pattern of 3 days one week and 4 days the next week. Morning shifts are 7am to 1:30pm. Evening shifts are 3pm to 10:00pm.
