Immediate Start Available Your main responsibilities will include: Providing first aid and medical care (physical and mental health) to any sick or injured pupils, staff and visitors. Liaising with parents regarding pupils’ ongoing medical needs, updating records where necessary, monitoring conditions and dispensing medication including daily medication for pupils. We are looking for someone who: Has experience in accident reporting, including RIDDOR/HSE reportable accidents, handling medication, and developing risk assessments. Holds a valid First Aid at Work certificate or equivalent qualification. Has experience working as a school nurse or paediatric nurse - desirable but not essential. Has a Specialist Practitioner School or Registered Nurse qualification - desirable but not essential. Has a minimum of 3 years post-registration nursing experience. Is approachable and friendly.
