Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in various settings such as care homes and home care. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proficient in IT, and have the ability to create and implement care plans.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and implementation of individualised care plans for patients Provide support with daily activities and personal care for patients Maintain accurate records of patient information and care provided Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Assist in the administration of medication as directed Drive patients to appointments or outings when required Requirements:
