Health Care Assistant – Bank Staff

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be key in helping our young people with everyday living including helping in daily personal care, household tasks, accompanying the young person to appointments and daily plans whilst ensuring their health and wellbeing needs are met. Current locations covered are Sussex, Somerset, Devon and Swindon. Required Skills: Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar position. Care Certificate would be an advantage. A passion to want to help others. The ability to communicate clearly and sensitively when talking to people and their families. The ability to work alone. Being empathetic towards everyone. Great verbal and written communication skills. A non-judgemental attitude regardless of a person’s needs. The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations. Forward-thinking with a flexible approach. Able to follow instruction & direction.
