We are seeking a dedicated Health care Assistant to join our team for shifts in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months NHS experience and must reside in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Support patients and their families with compassion and professionalism
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months NHS experience recently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Encompass training would be a huge benefit
