About the Role: Continuity of Care Services is looking for compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to provide complex care support for our sociable and active 40’s male client living with severe traumatic brain injury. He participates in a range of activities at home such as his exercise bike, ball games, and sensory games. He enjoys a variety of music genres and likes to listen to audiobooks. He requires patient carers who can anticipate his needs to provide a high level of complex care and to access the community as he loves going out to country parks and the cinema too.
