Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others. Duties: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity Implement care plans under the supervision of senior healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care and progress Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team Provide emotional support to residents and their families Skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal Experience in care home or home care settings is desirable Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes Valid driving license for transportation needs Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and colleagues Ability to follow and implement care plans accurately Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for career development and training Supportive work environment fostering growth and learning Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred Ability to work well within a team and independently when required Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others Job Types:
