Your Role As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing short and long-term care to help our service users back on their feet, on their return home from hospital, or just to support and assist them in remaining safely in their own home. What does being a Health Care Assistant involve? You will be required to go to clients' homes to carry out our care and support service by following a specific care plan.
