Key Responsibilities As a Health Care Assistant, your primary duties will include: Assisting patients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting. Monitoring and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, weight) and reporting any changes to nursing staff. Supporting patients with daily activities like eating and drinking. Providing emotional support and companionship to patients. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of patient areas and equipment. Following care plans and documenting observations accurately. What We're Looking For To be considered for this role, applicants must have: A minimum of 6 months of UK experience in the social care sector within the past 2 years. A valid UK Driver's license and access to a car (desirable but not mandatory). A DBS on the update service (this can be applied for through us if you do not have one). Join Us Today!
