We can offer you excellent working patterns to suit your personal life. We work 12-hour night shifts so you’re able to work longer days, but fewer days in the week. Please note we also all work alternative weekends to make it fair for everyone. Pay:

£11.45 an hour (for candidates aged 21 or over) Experience may be an advantage, but if you're a genuinely caring person with the right attitude, then we want to speak with you. The Willows is a family-run care home located in Blacon, a residential area in the City of Chester. The motto of the home is “Care with Dignity”. The staff at the home pride themselves on consistently maintaining this excellent standard. It drives every aspect of our approach to meet the everyday needs of the people that we care for. We offer permanent Residential, Nursing, and Dementia Care services. Respite care is available for people who need a period of recuperation or to allow whoever is usually providing care to take a break. Our ideal candidate: Proactive person who can use your own decision-making skills. Willingness to learn and develop your skills. A can-do attitude and strong work ethic. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Empathetic to people and kind. Good communication skills. A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference. Able to work a minimum of 2 or 3 nights per week - 33hr contract. Flexible to work alternative weekends. Key responsibilities: Personal care such as washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting. Medication monitoring and/or assistance. Accurately report, record, and maintain records as required and work to care plans. Be a kind, empathetic, and people person who works well in a team. Being a really fun person who is reliable and a team player. Able to keep our residents feeling safe and happy at all times - this is where you can really show your fun and compassionate personality.
