Healthcare Assistant (HCA) shifts across the South West of England . If you have minimum 6 months UK NHS Hospital experience within the last 3 years as a HCA

Key Responsibilities: Assisting with daily living activities such as eating, showering and using the toilet Utilising equipment to move patients when necessary Taking the patient’s vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature Observing patient’s condition and recording information Talking to patients and reassuring them Attending meetings with other healthcare professionals Assisting nurses and other staff when needed Adhering to professional standards Delivering reports to Case Managers and reviewing any important changes in the patient’s condition Essential Qualifications & Experience: Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations Ability to handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently Clear verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information Excellent customer service skills The ability to work well with their hands Capability to accept criticism The ability to work well with others Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in patient care. Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy towards patients' experiences. At least 6 months' experience as Healthcare Assistant (within the last 3 years).
