Domiciliary Care Assistant - Door-to-Door Location: Verity Healthcare Limited, Hereford, Herefordshire Salary: £12 - £14 per hour Contract Type: Full-Time (40-45 hours per week) / Part-Time (20-25 hours per week) Start Date: ASAP

We work alongside Local Authorities, the NHS, CCGs, private hospitals, and private clients to offer a wide range of services designed to help clients maintain their independence.

We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care Assistants. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities. Assist clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene. Help clients get up in the morning and go to bed at night. Support clients with medication, as outlined in their care plans. Maintain accurate records of care, medication, and tasks performed. Prepare meals and drinks for clients, considering their dietary preferences, cultural needs, and nutritional requirements. Carry out light household duties, including housework and laundry, as part of the care plan. Follow health and safety regulations to promote the well-being of both clients and staff. Perform other duties as directed by senior management, within the scope of the role.
