We are looking for an enthusiastic Health Care Assistant to join the Highfields Community Rehabilitation Unit. The main roles will be to assist the Night senior healthcare assistants & deputy managers of the Residential Rehabilitation Unit and Intermediate Care qualified nurses to deliver the prescribed care as indicated in the patient's care plan.
To work alongside a team of health care assistants to ensure delivery of high-quality person-centered care by promoting best practice within the Intermediate Care Team. To assist the Night senior healthcare assistant & Deputy Managers of the Residential Rehabilitation unit in maintaining efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the home.
The hours of working are 19:00pm to 07:00am.

Level 2 qualification or equivalent level of experience in Adult Health and Social Care. Hold Care Certificate or willingness to complete within induction period. Knowledge
Knowledge of working in a health care environment. Good understanding of basic IT skills. Experience
Recent experience of working with patients in a healthcare, homecare, or care home setting. Experience of prioritising own workload. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
