Full-time, rotational days and nights About the Role: This role focuses on providing exceptional care for individuals with neurological conditions at specialist care centre. Responsibilities include: Promoting choice and decision-making in care delivery. Supporting individuals to optimise health, independence, and emotional wellbeing. Accurate reporting and documentation to maintain high care standards. Upholding Brainkind values through compassionate and professional interactions. Requirements: Recent experience delivering care in a similar environment. Compassionate, caring, and flexible with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification. Rewards and Benefits: Enhanced Pay:

30% uplift for weekends and nights (8 PM 6 AM). 60% uplift on public holidays.
