We are looking to recruit dynamic and innovative Band 3 Health Care Assistant to work across the Bridlington and Driffield Community Nursing Teams, as part of the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services within CHCP CIC.
This is a Full Time Post 37.5hrs

Qualifications
Level 3 or equivalent level of experience in Health and Social Care Hold Care Certificate or willingness to complete the within induction period Knowledge & Experience
Experience of working in a health care environment Experience of prioritising own work load Good understanding of basic IT skills Disclosure and Barring Service Check
