About the Job:
Provide high-quality patient care.
Carry out physical intervention with a patient when required.
Drive Prometheus ambulances as needed.
Assist the qualified nurse in safely conveying and transferring patients.
Ensure adequate handover of the patient’s details, including risk history and current presentation.
Complete all necessary paperwork for patient transfer in the absence of an RMN.
Provide crisis intervention to patients experiencing mental health difficulties during transfers.
Respond to emergencies during duty.
Be aware of relevant national and local policies regarding safeguarding children and adults.
Attend relevant training, meetings, and reviews.
Maintain good working relationships between staff and patients throughout the transfer.
Report accidents, complaints, and any incidents promptly to the Clinical Logistics Manager.
Attend the Prometheus base as required by the Clinical Logistics Manager and adhere to the company’s uniform policy.
Carry out any other reasonable tasks as deemed necessary by the management team.
