Health Care Assistant

We are a small care home in Polegate, just a short walk from the train station. We are currently seeking a caring individual to join our friendly team as a Health Care Assistant on our day shifts. You do not need previous care experience to work with us or any specific qualifications as full training will be given; however, we are looking for caring, compassionate people who have a passion for looking after elderly people and showing empathy. We will support you with training, achieving NVQs if you so desire, as well as supporting people new to care with the Care Certificate when you first join the team. There are opportunities to progress to a senior role and in time Team Leader.
