Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred care tailored to each resident.
Ensure care is provided as detailed in the care plan.
Assist with all aspects of personal care such as bathing/showering, nutrition and hydration, and emotional wellbeing.
Manage medication and creams.
Adhere to all policies and procedures.
Report any non-conformities to the Care Coordinator or management.
Documentation.
Safe handling of property and equipment belonging to the residents and Primrose Bank.
Report any complaints or raise any safeguarding issues to the office or Care Coordinator immediately.
Attend hospital appointments and outings if required.
Continue to monitor where concerns have been reported and document.
Help the catering team with drinks and tea trolley if required.
Promote the independence of our residents and their wellbeing.
Actively encourage residents to participate in activities happening within the home.
