Job Summary Main duties will include assisting the midwifery team with the delivery of patient care whilst maintaining a clean, tidy and safe ward environment conducive to high standards of patient care. The role will also involve the provision of some administration support to the midwifery staff, ordering of supplies. Main Duties of the Job We are pleased to offer a vacancy for a caring and motivated Health Care Support Worker to join the Community Midwifery Team at Glan Clwyd Hospital. The successful candidate will demonstrate a caring and empathetic approach and an ability to relate positively to staff, patients and visitors. Significant and relevant work/social experience which has utilised skills and knowledge that could be of benefit to this post are essential. Minimum Requirements Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is essential to the role. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
