We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in various settings such as care homes and home care. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proficient in IT, and have the ability to create and implement care plans. Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and implementation of individualised care plans for patients - Provide support with daily activities and personal care for patients - Maintain accurate records of patient information and care provided - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Assist in the administration of medication as directed - Drive patients to appointments or outings when required Requirements: - Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is advantageous - Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English - Ability to work well within a team and independently - A valid driving licence for patient transportation Join our team as a Healthcare Assistant to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need of care.
