Responsibilities:

- Provide support with daily activities and personal care for patients

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assist in the administration of medication as directed
- Drive patients to appointments or outings when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is advantageous
- Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- A valid driving licence for patient transportation
