Job Overview
The Acute Frailty Unit is a 12-14 bedded unit within the Care of the Elderly directorate. You will be working within the multi-disciplinary team to provide standards of care to our complex needs patients.
Main duties of the job
Assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living
Support Nursing and Medical Staff
If necessary, escort patients as needed
Maintain a safe environment
Report any unsafe practices promptly to the Ward Manager/Senior Nurse.
