Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Monitor and document patients' conditions, reporting any changes as necessary. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship. Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a comparable role. A positive demeanor, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to empathize with patients. Knowledge of health and safety standards, infection control procedures, safeguarding protocols, risk assessments, and report writing. A valid Manual Handling & Care certificate is preferred.
