We are seeking to recruit a motivated and innovative Band 3 Health Care Assistant to work with the Haltemprice Community Nursing Team for the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services within CHCP CIC. This will be a permanent contract within the team. The successful applicant will be joining an integrated community nursing team delivering holistic high-quality nursing care to a dedicated client group.

Level 3 or equivalent level of experience in Health and Social Care Hold Care Certificate or willingness to complete within the induction period Knowledge & Experience
Experience of working in a health care environment Experience of prioritising own workload Good understanding of basic IT skills Disclosure and Barring Service Check
