The successful candidate will be responsible for co-coordinating the administrative, physical and psychological care of patients attending clinics for assessment.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Health Care Coordinator to join our team. This post will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and safe care is maintained, whilst moving forward to meet the evolving needs of the service and population we serve.
The main duties of the role are to ensure that the patient receives a high standard of care in the department.
You Will Need
Excellent communication skills Good practical skills and organisational ability An understanding of the pivotal role Pre Assessment has in the inpatient pathway Good IT skills Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
We are a small team located in the outpatients department. We work closely with our Anaesthetist colleagues and have good working relationships with all of the MDT members ensuring the patient’s pathway is seamless.
